GENERAL

Each company is entitled to an approx. nine-foot (9’) by six-foot (6’) exhibit space, which will include a draped table and two (2) chairs. If you choose to utilize a freestanding pop-up display, it must not exceed six feet wide. The session hours listed above are the hours the conference is open to delegates each day. The refreshment break and posterboard viewing times listed are the times that there would be the opportunity to meet with the attendees. It is not necessary that the displays be staffed but it is your responsibility to set-up and teardown your display.
